I have called Berkeley home for 4 years now, so trust me when I say I have found the BEST vegan and gluten-free options the Bay has to offer. When you visit, I hope you also take time to enjoy the fabulous weather, vast hiking options, plentiful critters (I hope you like sea birds), and some gorgeous coastline that is unlike anywhere I’ve been before. However be prepared for some sticker shock– food (and everything else) is EXPENSIVE here!
